mardi grass Ltd helped Scallywags Day Nursery in Oakham make the most of their resources. Originally they had a hard slab area with two change levels. Not only did the change of the levels cause a trip hazard for little ones, slabs are pretty harsh as a play surface.

The solution from mardi Grss Ltd was to use mardi grass Blade 20, and to produce a single slope throughout the length of the area. We fitted 20mm Shock pads underneath for a comforting soft feel and extra safety.
The result was a one single large safe play are for the youngsters and a multi use games area for the school that dries quickly and can be used regularly throughout the year. With its soft feel, great look and simplicity that are has been a great hit with the kids, their parents and school.
